Stage 1 - Customer contacts IML - samples can be requested
Customer gives basic specifications of what they want
Quote provided by IML by Phone, Email, Fax or Post
Stage 2 - For new customers, payment for tooling is needed before order can be processed.
Customer provides basic Drawing, Logos, Sketch of what is required.
IML graphically design artwork for the customer and send back for approval.
Stage 3 - After approval, the tools are made in house,
guaranteeing that the design matches perfectly with customer
expectations. Samples of the product are made and sent out to the customer, at this
stage the design cannot change but the colours can be experimented
with.
Stage 4 - For new
customers, once they have approved the sample badges then the invoice
for the badges is sent out (credit can be given). For approved
account customers their order will be processed as soon as they have
approved the sample designs.
Stage 5 - After
payment has been received from new customers, the order is
processed and dispatched as soon as possible. For approved account
customers, payment is not needed until 30 days after the invoice date.
N.B The tooling is a one off part cost charge, and for repeat orders will not be charged.
